Acceptable Use Policy
The short version. Use Reply Wizard through our extension, in your own browser, for your own conversations. Do not copy it, rebuild it, take it apart to reuse it, or use our plan keys and servers from any other software. Do not open extra accounts or use tricks to get more free use. Anything outside the uses listed in section 3 needs our written permission first. Honest reviews are always welcome, and if you find a security problem, tell us privately and we will not hold it against you (section 10).
1. What this policy is and who it applies to
This Acceptable Use Policy (the ‘Policy’) is published by Palworks FZE LLC (‘we’, ‘us’), the company behind Reply Wizard. It forms part of our Terms of Service (the ‘Terms’) and applies to everyone who installs, opens, calls or otherwise uses any part of the Services, whether or not they have an account or a paid plan.
By using the Services you agree to this Policy. Where this Policy and sections 2 (Intellectual property rights), 3 (User representations), 7 (Software) or 8 (Prohibited activities) of the Terms differ, this Policy applies. Words given a meaning in the Terms have the same meaning here.
2. Words used in this policy
- Services: everything we provide under the Reply Wizard name, including the Extension, our servers, the website at replywizard.app, the Companion, accounts, plans and the content and data they carry.
- Extension: the Reply Wizard browser extension, exactly as we publish it in the Chrome Web Store or Microsoft Edge Add-ons, including updates and settings we deliver to it.
- Our servers: every server and address we operate, including api.replywizard.app and the relay that connects AI assistants, and the AI services we buy from other providers and make available to you through them.
- Plan key: a key we issue or provision for the free plan, the Pro and Power plans or the Studio plan.
- Credentials: plan keys, sign-in links and sessions, pairing codes and the codes we email you.
- Companion: our own companion software for connecting AI assistants and the command line to the Extension (the
replywizardcommand and the MCP host we publish) and our connector for hosted AI assistants, used as documented on our MCP and command line pages. - Approved Use: a use listed in section 3, or a use we have allowed in Written Permission.
- Written Permission: a written document or email sent from [email protected], or signed by a director of Palworks FZE LLC, that names you and describes the use being allowed. A support reply about something else, an automated email, a store listing, our silence, or our not acting against a use is not Written Permission.
3. What you may do
Subject to the Terms and this Policy, you may:
- install the Extension from an official store and use it, unmodified, in browsers you control, to help with your own WhatsApp conversations and those you handle for your own business;
- use a plan key only inside the Extension, in browsers you control, by the people your plan is for: one person, unless your plan or Written Permission says otherwise;
- use other Credentials only for the purpose we issued them, such as signing in to My account or pairing the Companion;
- use the Companion to connect AI assistants you control to your own WhatsApp session through the Extension, in the ways our documentation describes, for any purpose including your own business (section 18);
- use your own API key from another AI provider in the Extension; that provider’s terms govern your key and what it is used for, and this Policy still governs the Extension;
- view, pretty-print or translate the Extension’s code and our pages in your browser for your own understanding, accessibility or normal use;
- read, link to, quote short passages from and share our public web pages, fetch the public files our servers publish without a key, and let search engines and AI assistants read, index and cite our pages, as ordinary web use;
- write honest reviews, comparisons, journalism or academic research about Reply Wizard based on using the Extension as published; and
- test the security of the Services within the limits of section 10.
Everything else needs Written Permission before you do it. Ask under section 16.
4. Your licence to the Extension
The Extension is licensed, not sold. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to install and use the Extension for Approved Uses. The code your browser downloads and runs is our copyright work. Being able to see it in your browser, which every browser extension allows, does not give you any right to reuse it.
We keep all rights we do not expressly grant. The licence ends automatically if you break this Policy, and it ends when we end your access under the Terms.
5. Copying, reverse engineering and clones
You must not, and must not let or help anyone else:
- copy, reproduce, modify, adapt or make derivative works of the Extension, our servers, the website or any part of them, including their code, prompts, instructions, selector and parser rules, remote configuration, data files, designs, screens and text, other than as section 3 allows;
- decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any part of the Services in order to reuse their code, logic, prompts, settings, interfaces or protocols, except to the extent that the law that applies to you allows it despite this Policy, and then only for the purpose that law allows;
- publish, distribute, sell, rent, lend, sublicense, mirror or host the Extension or any modified, repackaged or partial version of it, in any store, repository, package registry, website or file share;
- build, publish or sell a product, extension, app, bot, script or service that copies or imitates the Services, their features, look and feel, wording or workflows, using anything you took from them;
- use code, prompts, configuration or other material taken from the Services to design, build, train or improve a competing product or service;
- try to extract our prompts, instructions or configuration from our servers or from AI responses, including by prompt injection; or
- remove, hide or change any copyright, trademark, licence or ownership notice in the Services.
This section does not apply to what a licence described in section 18 allows.
6. Plan keys and our servers
Our servers exist to serve the Extension, the Companion and our website. A plan key is a credential for one subscriber, not a general AI service. You must not:
- use a plan key, or send a request that needs a Credential to our servers, from anything other than the Extension, our website or the Companion, including scripts, command line tools, API clients, other extensions or apps, bots, automation platforms, AI agents and proxies;
- use our servers as a general purpose AI or transcription service, or for any task that is not a feature of the Extension;
- share, lend, sell, rent, publish or transfer a plan key, or let more people use one plan than the plan allows;
- build a product or service on top of our servers or a plan key, or resell access to them;
- take a plan key out of the Extension’s storage for use anywhere else, or obtain, use or try to obtain someone else’s Credentials or account;
- imitate the Extension in a request, or forge, alter or replay anything our servers rely on, including headers, origins, user agents, install identifiers, WhatsApp number hashes, Credentials and signatures, in order to get around a limit or a rule in this Policy; or
- tamper with the settings, configuration or updates we deliver to the Extension, or with the signatures that protect them.
7. The free plan, trials and limits
Who can have a free trial or a free plan is set out in the Terms. You must not:
- open more than one account, free plan or trial for yourself, whether by using other email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, payment cards, browsers, browser profiles, devices, networks, VPNs, proxies or identities, or by asking others to do it for you;
- give false details, or use a WhatsApp number, email address or payment card that is not yours or that you are not authorised to use;
- circumvent any allowance, rate limit, daily ceiling, restriction, suspension or ban, or open a new account after we restrict or close one;
- hide or misstate where you are in order to change which AI provider serves you, or to reach the Services from a place where the law or sanctions forbid it;
- dispute a genuine charge in order to keep using a plan without paying for it; or
- use automated means to create accounts, start free plans or trials, or request codes.
8. Automated access, scraping and AI training
Except for the Companion and the ordinary web use allowed by section 3, you must not:
- access or use the Services with bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, headless browsers or other automated means;
- copy our website or documentation in bulk, or collect content or data from the Services into any dataset, database or collection;
- collect responses from our servers in bulk, or use our prompts, configuration or content, to train, fine-tune or distil any AI model or system. The replies and transcripts the Services produce for you are yours to use;
- load test, stress test or flood the Services, including our support and grievance channels, or do anything that places an unreasonable load on them; or
- post fake, paid or coordinated reviews or ratings of Reply Wizard or of anyone else’s product, or offer anything in return for a review.
9. WhatsApp, AI providers and the people you message
Reply Wizard suggests text and never sends a message without your press of Send. You remain responsible for every message you send and for following WhatsApp’s own terms. You must not use the Services, or change them, to send spam, bulk or unsolicited messages, to automate sending, to harass, deceive or defraud anyone, or for anything illegal.
If you process other people’s messages or voice notes for a business, you are responsible for any notice to them or consent from them that the law requires. You must also follow the usage policies of the AI providers that serve your requests, which our Privacy Policy names; they forbid, among other things, content that is illegal or that sexually exploits children. You must not use the Services if you are in a country, or are a person, subject to sanctions that forbid us from serving you.
10. Security research
We welcome reports of security problems. If you research the security of the Services in good faith and follow all of these rules, we will not treat that research as a breach of this Policy and will not bring a legal claim against you for it:
- test only with your own account, your own Credentials and your own data;
- do not access, change, download or keep anyone else’s data, and stop and tell us at once if you reach any;
- do not degrade the Services for others, run denial of service tests, use social engineering, or test physical or third party systems;
- do not use a weakness for any purpose beyond confirming it, and do not keep or share any access it gives;
- report it privately to [email protected] with enough detail for us to reproduce it; and
- keep it confidential until we have fixed it or 90 days have passed since your report, whichever is sooner, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
This promise covers only claims we could bring. It does not bind other companies, such as Google, Meta, Cloudflare or our payment and AI providers, and it does not cover research that breaks the law.
11. Our name and brand
Reply Wizard, our logo and our store listings are ours. You must not use them, or anything confusingly similar, in a product name, domain name, store listing, social media account, advertisement or keyword, and you must not suggest that we made, endorse or are connected with anything we did not make or endorse, without Written Permission. Referring to Reply Wizard by name to describe it truthfully, for example in a review, is fine.
12. Helping others break these rules
You must not make, publish, share or sell tools, code, keys, accounts, guides or services that are designed or offered to help anyone do something this Policy forbids, and you must not encourage or pay anyone to do it.
13. How we look for misuse
To protect the Services and our customers, our systems check how Credentials and accounts are used, as our Privacy Policy describes. For example, we note whether a request came from the Extension, a web browser or a scripting tool, whether accounts share a payment card, WhatsApp number or postal area, and how much each account uses. A signal like this is evidence, not proof. We keep records of a likely breach for up to 3 years after the account closes, or longer while a claim or dispute about it is open.
14. What we do when this policy is broken
If we reasonably believe you have broken this Policy, we may, at our discretion and without notice where the law allows, do one or more of the following:
- warn you;
- limit, restrict or suspend your Credentials or account;
- end a free plan or a free trial early, or remove unused free allowance;
- close your account and end your licence;
- refuse service to accounts, payment cards, WhatsApp numbers, devices or networks linked to the breach;
- ask stores, code hosts, package registries, hosting providers, domain registrars, search engines and others to remove copies, clones or listings that infringe our rights;
- report the matter to the police or other authorities; and
- go to court, including for an urgent order to stop the breach.
If a free trial ends early because it was not available to you under the Terms, your paid subscription starts and its first payment is taken; you can cancel it, and our Refund Policy applies.
Notice to stop. We may first email you a notice to stop (a cease and desist notice) at the address on your account. If you do not stop at once after we send it, we may take any of the actions above immediately and without further notice. Where a breach is serious, for example fraud, a leaked, shared or resold plan key, a clone, scraping or an attack on the Services, we may act immediately without sending a notice first.
Some actions are taken automatically by our systems. If you believe one is wrong, write to [email protected]; we will look at it, and if the use was allowed we will restore access. Under the Terms, claims about our intellectual property and about unauthorised use of the Services may be taken to a court rather than arbitration.
15. Costs and losses
To the extent the law allows:
- you must pay us, for all paid plan use of the Services you obtained in breach of this Policy, the fees that would have applied at our list prices at the time;
- if you use the Services for business, you must also pay our reasonable costs of investigating the breach and enforcing our rights, including legal fees; for consumers, costs are as a court or tribunal decides;
- you are responsible for any other loss the breach causes us, as the Terms provide; and
- refunds follow section 8 of our Refund Policy.
16. Asking for permission
If you want to use the Services in a way this Policy does not allow, for example an integration, a reseller or team arrangement, research that needs more than ordinary use, or automated access, email [email protected] before you start. Tell us who you are, what you want to do, how and for how long. Nothing is allowed until you receive Written Permission, and we may refuse or attach conditions.
17. Reporting misuse
If you find a copy or clone of Reply Wizard, a shared or leaked plan key, a tool for getting around our limits, or anyone using our name without permission, please tell us at [email protected], with links and screenshots where you can.
18. The Companion’s licence and open source components
The Companion. The MCP host package we publish is licensed under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0 from the first version published after 24 October 2026; earlier versions stay under the MIT licence they were published with. Every copy must keep its Required Notice line, which names us. As a Reply Wizard user, free or paid, you also have our permission to use the Companion with the Extension for any purpose, including in your own business. Any other commercial use of it, such as embedding, redistributing, reselling or building a product or service on it, needs a commercial licence from us under Written Permission, which may carry a fee or royalty.
Open source components. The Extension includes some open source components made by others. Each is governed by its own licence, and nothing in this Policy takes away a right that licence gives you in that component. You may modify software we publish under such a licence as that licence allows and use it with the Extension on your own computer, but only the Companion as we publish it may connect to our servers and relay. A licence on one component gives you no right in the rest of the Services, and this Policy still applies to your use of our servers, accounts and Credentials whatever software you use.
19. Your rights under the law
Nothing in this Policy takes away a right you have under a law that cannot be excluded by contract, including consumer protection law where you live and any right to observe, study or interoperate with software that such law gives you. If a court decides that part of this Policy cannot be enforced, the rest still applies, and that part applies to the greatest extent the law allows.
20. Changes to this policy
We may change this Policy at any time, as the Services change or as new kinds of misuse appear. A change takes effect as soon as we publish it here, and we will change the date at the top. Continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the change. If you do not accept it, stop using the Services and cancel your plan.
